Work content:
Formulate and implement 6S plan, organize and train staff, coordinate departments to implement 6S project, ensure the smooth progress of 6S project, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
-Develop and implement 6S plan to improve work efficiency and quality;
-Organize and train employees to ensure that employees understand 6S concepts and procedures;
-Coordinate various departments to implement 6S project to ensure the full progress of the project;
-Supervise and monitor the progress and effect of 6S project, find and solve problems in time;
-Write 6S project report, report the project to the leader;
-Update the 6S knowledge base regularly to ensure that employees maintain an understanding of 6S.
Job Requirements:
-Familiar with 6S management theory knowledge, with practical operation experience; Vehicle factory working experience is preferred
-Have good planning and execution ability, have a certain ability to resist pressure;
-Good communication skills, able to communicate effectively with employees and departments;
-Proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc..
Salary: about 6000 yuan per month, negotiable for those with strong ability, social security and guaranteed food.
Working hours: 8:30-12:00,13:30-18:00
